  • Descriptive and experimental embryology

Tutorials
This is an important complement to the course and provides introductory explanations essential for successfully carrying out the various manipulations during the practical sessions (cf details in part “ Objectives”)

Laboratory
During the 8 practical sessions students will learn to identify and manipulate organisms and to use the main techniques of observation and identification: observation and dissection under a binocular microscope, observation of sections with a light microscope. Good, well labelled drawings of all observations and dissections will be required throughout the practical sessions.
